Most stuff you can download is on the public xbox live anyway making this tool not as good as it sounds except for exploring content that might soon be released. The Halo Wars alpha download on there will let you download it, however it turns out just to be the GoD version of the game once extracted. Or if you can download them it just links you to the GoD version of that game.
You can also see some old betas that were only obtainable with codes, or never at all to the public, however you cant download these from what i have seen.

The main use for this is to explore content that might be hidden e.g. Even then there only of use on a Jtag / RGH hacked console, so downloading content directly from live is still the way to go at the moment. xcp file, its possible to decrypt demos / god packages with some tools that have been released, however nothing else at the moment.
